Since updatign to the latest 5.x NodeFamily, UserNode and NodeProfile modules the GlobalNode stopped being able to pull out node attributes i specified in the settings.

So I had a look, fixed the code, and also reduced the amount of code in the hook_nodeapi()

I've tested it with the above Node user modules, but not with CCK etc.
