IPN received, but node status not updated

Hi,

I've setup the module and have noticed that IPNs are definitely being received, which is great. However, I have noticed that the node's status is never updated to published and remains private. I'm not 100% sure that I'm doing the right thing regarding loading or not - does this module simply update node.status to 1 when the payment has been made? I've basically written a banner advertising module which randomly chooses a banner and then performs a query based on status=1. If this sounds like the wrong thing to be doing then please let me know.
