Release notes

- Fixed instances where a qid was being used to refer to term_queues instead of a machine name
- Added an '--Any--' option so that a term queue does not have to be restricted to a taxonomy vocabulary
- When adding new terms to a queue via the drop down box, only terms that have not already been added are shown.
