Start a 7.x-1.x-dev branch

First try at making a patch from the 6.x-1.x branch. It's pretty rough and needs a lot of work, but at least it's a start. The theme enables on a fresh drupal 7 install without immediate errors or warnings. Didn't really navigate through the site too much, change configurations, or install any contrib modules, so I'm sure there's plenty of errors ready to surface.

I may be able to work on it more over this weekend, but not sure. I figure if anyone else wants to take another crack a little bit of the work is started.

Just went through and made more adjustments, but I see at least a couple of glaring issues:
need to adjust css so delete/edit/reply icons show up on comment links
user pictures not displaying on posts
