setup automatic in node image

Sorry but I think I need some help! I search a lot but it seems none else have my issue :(
My previous post is too bad to get an answer, sorry. I try to explain better.
Clean drupal 7 installation; installed and enabled last lightbox2 module (I try also dev with same results :( ) and go in configuration settings.
I want simply to use automatically "open" image in a node by Lightbox, to enlarge in original size the preview in node.
I study documentation and there are options for Image node settings ("Lightbox image display size" and "Image trigger size") missing in my configuration page...
I search for dependencies for other modules but there are no special request to works.
I think I fault something in installation, or missing some "component" cause it's really strange nobody get this trouble but I can't found any suggestion to solve it:(
