When there are 3 or more levels of menus the 3rd level menu will be expanded when the mouse is over the 1st level. The attached patch fixes this by reordering the CSS and adding to the CSS rules.

All of the current work is actually being done in the 5 branch and not HEAD anymore. Could you reroll this against DRUPAL-5? Thanks!
