Issue Summary
Hi ,Please help me
i have news site in drupal7 www.punjabnewsline.com/news and i want to send SMS to users which are registered and paid me by shipping and messaging are sending by category wise such one user want only political news type->page->taxanomy term political news ,
main concentration on sending test SMS on mobile phone in india, we need suggessation about module and other documentation......
