Description

Hi !

I've discovered this module by chance will doing a search on drupal.org for synonyms and terms management. From what I've seen on you demo website it seem to be a great feature. However, I think it's name and description in the downloads area doesn't render it justice. At firt glance, people probably don't realize this modules could be a great help to establish a glossary or dictionnary on their website. Plus, the explicit mention of Afrikan give the impression it would not be any help for English sites or sites in any other languages. This is clearly the case be juging on what I've seen on the demo site. I would suggest you change the description of the module like this :

This toolkit is a collection of modules which were initialy developed to enable African language content publishing on the Web. However, it is well suited to manage content in any language on websites focused on taxonomy, terminology and the creation of language tools like a dictionary, a glossary or lexicon.

Finaly, since most Drupalers are now using Drupal 5, I think developpement and support of this toolkit for this version should be considered.

Hoping this is usefull,

Denis

Hi Denis,
Thanks a lot for the suggestion. The description has been upgraded. And yes, we're considering a Drupal-5 compatible version.

hello, I am very happy to see a toolkit for use on African languages, Africa and African things like the languages and symbols are all too often overlooked and ignored. I dont speak an African language myself, but I want to have dept. on my community web site which allows african language speakers to community and share their language. I look forward to the drupal 5 version, as i have started using that. I wish I could help, but i am not a developer.

I would be very glad if a Drupal 5 version would be made, because I have plans to create a dictionary website.
Thnx in advance!
