node_subpages 6.x-1.0-beta2

This release is mostly bug fixes, but with a couple things back-ported from the 7.x branch. In particular, subpages can now be re-ordered.

Changes since 6.x-1.0-beta1:

• #1396928, by BrockBoland: Make subpages sortable
• #1396930, by BrockBoland: Limit field usage to text fields
• Add default View tab to the tab list when there are other subpages (based on commit d1c33ef). Also fixed the logic to determine if a subpage has content, since check_markup() returns n/a when the string is empty
• Make sure that default_view_page is set on all subpages, to prevent unset index notices. Copied from commit 66e10af
• Handle multiple values for fields, and run value through check_markup()
• Ignore .DS_Store files from Mac OS
• Added a couple todo items
• Coding standards fixes, based on Coder module scan
