Patch looks good. The version of Coder I was working with at the time threw a fit if I didn't have "// $Id$" in the file, I'm glad to see that's been fixed now. I added one thing to the update patch with this, correcting the spelling in one of the comments in workflow_access. (Happens to everyone apparently.)

Patch has been committed to 7.x-1.x branch. Thanks muchly! :)
