Is there a way to integrate signup with webform. I want to add webform fields but want to have the functionality of signup for notifications etc. However it appears that users would have to click one button to submit the webform and one to submit their signup. Would someone be able to help me resolve this. The use case of events where there is no fee, users submitting must be registered.

I think this is a great idea, and I'm willing to venture into a new project integrating webform and signup if someone wants to help me : )
