it does not work with subdomains

I tried to find similar issue but I do not see nothing... I think it does not work in subdomains configuration. I have a demo in my site www.intesaweb.com/ubercart and I see menu icon in primary menu, but that domain is also a sub domain called ecommerce.intesaweb.com, in that sub domain I do not see menu icon in primary (and secondary) menu.
