"Number of Times" option doesn't work

In Message Settings, Status and Timing work fine, but "Number of Times" appears to stay at 1, regardless of the entry. This is especially problematic with the pulse effect. This is some nice eye candy if I could get it to work properly.
I'm running Drupal 5.1 w/PHP 4.3.10, Linux, MySQL 4.1.15 and viewing w/Firefox 2.0

I'm actually not sure that 'Timing' works properly... But what a nice module ;)

yep I have had same problem, also seemed to generate script errors in IE so maybe this is a conflict with other scripts I have running, will test further....

Sorry I haven't been on this. I'm sure its a very straight-forward bug fix, but I've been swamped recently.
If anyone wants to submit a patch, I'll be sure to review immediately.
Otherwise, I'll get to this when I can.

Pulsate effect repeats okay 5 times for me, but the highlight option doesn't repeat more than once. But this is because the effect doesn't accept a number of times - so really it would be good to disable the "'status_times'" field if "highlight" is selected as the effect.

Good idea! Perhaps we could use some of this "Javascript" that everyone is talking about to do just that! ;-)
