Haven't managed to track down the cause of this yet but using "Create or delete a content's URL alias" will create the new alias fine but instead of one or none of the pathauto alias there are two created.

So I end up with:
- content-type/node-title
- content-type/node-title
- rules-created-path/node-title

With the rule disabled or the action removed I have only:
- content-type/node-title

Yes this is quite annoying. Anyone know whats going on? It also does not seem to update the original path alias, though its definitely creating one...

I sort of fixed this by checking unchanged aliases and deleting them, then doing another delete after the new alias is created. Weird but seems to work..
