blairski commentedThanks again for pointing out the possible duplicate project (here and on twitter).
I have added an issue in the Doune queue to let them know I am working on a similar project and whether I should help them on Doune. I have reviewed Doune and it would seem our implementation is different, so I am a bit undecided as to what to do at this stage.

blairski commentedI have raised an issue on the Doune issue queue, but have not received a response. The goal of Get Skeleton is to track the original Skeleton boilerplate as closely as possible, so that is effectively a port to Drupal, whereas Doune appears to deviate a bit and add more features on top. With that in mind, both projects have a place, so I'll carry on development of the Get Skeleton theme.

rcross commentedhave you seen this? http://drupal.org/project/skeletontheme
Comment #4
blairski commentedYes. That was released a long time after I started working on this. I have not had a chance to check the code yet to see how close they are.

playfulwolf commentedSo, what is the status of this project? are you joining http://drupal.org/project/skeletontheme or developing this one?
blairski commentedThis project is close to being finished, since it is a port of Skeleton boilerplate and the intention is to keep it as close to that as possible (a lot of the CSS had to be reformatted to adhere to the Drupal standards). So my intention is to finish the last bits and release the stable version. It can the be sub themed to create specific styles.
