Empty Tags

Hi,

is there a possibility to have some text in templates only addid if get-variables are filled? e.g. i have a template like this:

[blockquote]%description[/blockquote] (normally with < > brackets of course).

This template results in [blockquote] [/blockquote] when adding the content without any text in %description - e.g. via the menu instead of the bookmarklet.

Any idea how to have the template only active from the bookmarklet or sth.?
