No way to see saved list when main cart is empty

Hello,

1. Could you please describe how to navigate to saved for later items cart when the main cart is empty? Currently, if cart is empty there is a "3 items saved for later" message in the cart block. But if the cart is empty, there is no way to access "saved items" list. (screenshot attached)

Please advise.
