Notice: Undefined index: name in alt_login_user_validate() (line 157 of /sites/all/modules/alt_login/alt_login.module).

Im viewing this error when in the user profile settings. user/1/edit

Any ideas on how to fix this?

The mod is working great and thank you for a cool mod.
