After installing and configuring I ran update.php for other modules

I know how this error (even after removing the module)

Fatal error: Call to undefined function user_access() in /home/xxx/public_html/beta/modules/system/system.module on line 1938

I cannot reproduce this bug and the error seems to come from Core so I am not sure it is related to node_limit.

Maybe it is a module conflict. It is a new install with few modules. I will see what I can figure out.
