hardly enough information to guide you.

currently not getting a lot of traffic is hardly a breakdown of traffic. how many logged in users ? how many anon users ?

also, use blockcache.module on blocks
use aggressive cache mode
limit the amount of modules you are using ( I don't notice a list in your post )
use the throttle module on modules you "can't do without"

upgrade to a VPS or dedicated host (as a final option)

your host should provide you with more information as to what the problem is with their resources getting used on your shared host.

hostmonster only allows 40 seconds out 60 of processing time. if your site requires more time they shut you down for 5 minutes. since drupal is dynamic it can require more time to present your pages. usually by quickly clicking through a very low traffic site will bring it down. i suggest go to a better hosting company. networkredux has been very good for my site.

I use Network Redux, too. I've used them as a host for over two years now, but went live with my first Drupal site in February -- a site that gets plenty of Google visitors because it was a three year old Wordpress site. So far I haven't had any problems.

http://www.bryght.com would be a better option as they specialize in Drupal hosting.

Hostmonster is very ugly and risky - they do things on their servers without notifying and many a times sites go down for quite some time.

I finally got the dreaded Exceeded CPU Quota screen. It's time to change, Network Redux seems reasonable at $8 or $20 per month. How much do you pay in Bryght?

Here's a unique idea, read about bryght on bryght.com or contact bryght representitives who will no doubt be better able to answer your questions, even if they come one at a time.

Hi VeryMisunderstood,

Personally, I really appreciate all the effort you put in helping people out in the forums, you've helped me out with some things in the past and I am really thankful for that. That being said, I was just trying to get some feedback from actual customers. I did read their site, and it didn't seem to me their information about their solutions was very detailed, but I might be mistaken. Again thanks for all your efforts on the Drupal forums VeryMisunderstood, I just felt you were being a bit patronizing to me this time.

Regards,

Nicolas
