This patch adds basic support for drush. Two commands were added: user-karma-mass-recalculate and user-karma-roles-mass-recalculate, the purpose for both commands is obvious. Both commands display progress messages in verbose mode.

It seems that this module isn't very active but I will leave this patch here.

This is my first patch and issue so don't be too hard on me.
