Is there a way or a path on the way to create any implementation of Levels someone can upload multiple file types of various bit rates in different formats (wanna hit mp4 and ogg)

I'm going to mark this ticket a duplicate of #1401342: Support for multiple sources (one video, multiple codecs) and levels (resolution/bitrate). There isn't a way to do this with the module at present. See the other ticket for some more information on how this could be implemented and to help if you can.
