Cannot get to configuration page for wibiya toolbar on drupal 7..

I am having an issue with installing my wibiya toolbar on drupal 7.

My website is here:

And, I am having a problem on the step where I log in to my drupal administration panel, and configure my wibiya toolbar path, which is

http://cdn.wibiya.com/Toolbars/dir_1110/Toolbar_1110975/Loader_1110975.js.

I have logged into the administration panel of my drupal 7 website and installed the wibiya toolbar module successfully. My website even recognizes that I have the module, and I have activated it.

But the problem is that I am stuck on this step of the instructions that wibiya gives on its website, for installing on drupal 7:

Make sure it's on, and enter your Toolbar Path which is http://cdn.wibiya.com/Toolbars/dir_1110/Toolbar_1110975/Loader_1110975.js.
"

Because nowhere on my site can I get into any sort of "Configuration" for wibiya toolbar in order to enter my Toolbar Path. I just cannot access any sort of "Configuration" for my wibiya toolbar module on my drupal 7 site.

Even when I try going to this address:

http://tales-central.com/?q=/admin/settings/wibiya

I am just taken to my drupal 7 Administration page--it does not specifically take me to my wibiya settings page.

Could there be another module that I have installed on my website that is in conflict with wibiya toolbar, or something?
