Description
Hi there. This module is exactly what we need for a client website so thank you very much for building it. I'm writing this message to remind you that there is not a proper project release for the module which limits everyone without CVS knowledge from downloading your work. Maybe this is how you want it for now. Either way, great contribution... I will be following the project.

I plan to move exclusively to drupal.org, including releases, but am just catching up now after a long delay. Everything is available at the module's home page. Expect to see proper release packages on drupal.org by the end of June. Thanks, Mark

I don't want to be a bother but... there still aren't isn't a project release for this module. Thought that I'd comment as a reminder.
Thanks again for the module!

@markj - it's extremely important to host your project on drupal.org. I know that it can be hard to do this, but there are resources available.
There is this video: http://www.lullabot.com/create-module-release
And the handbook: http://drupal.org/handbook/cvs
And I have offered live help
It's important to do this because the infrastructure team doesn't allow project pages for modules that are hosted elsewhere. Please take care of this or we'll have to find another solution (getting someone else to volunteer to commit code for you, likely).

Sorry for dragging my butt on this. I do understand that it's very important, although I was unaware that "the infrastructure team doesn't allow project pages for modules that are hosted elsewhere". Is this a new policy? I've had the project on d.o for almost a year.
I have tried publishing a release node twice, using the resources that you point to, and both times really fubarred the tagging. Not being able to remove a botched release node from the project page put the fear of cvs into me. I'm working hard on getting out the last 5.x version of the module (then it's on to porting to 6.x.) and when it's stable will "commit to committing" and may get you on IM or skype to help so I don't mess that one up as well, if your offer is still open at that point. I hope to put this new version to bed by the middle of March.

It's not a new policy (maybe a year or so old), but this module is kind of different since it has an old release hosted here and then new releases on an external site.
If you have problems with removing something just let me know - I can do that (better place to report issues is the infrastructure queue, though).
