I was just checking if there was a hook_domain() and can across your module. Of any module, I would expect either core or domain access to implement this. (IE Domain Access has the project namespace 'domain'). So for this fact only, maybe it would pay to change this when / if you do a drupal 7 port to hook_og_domain().
