Having the option to create form fields in bulk would save time, and also provide a basis for importing/ exporting fields in bulk.
Possible Workflow:
Possible Future Extensions (for future sub-issues)
- Select "parent fieldset" to insert all new form fields under
- Allow different types of form fields to be imported at once
- Bulk import/export interface via Form Builder (perhaps in a CSV)
- Features import/export capabilities
- A Form Builder Repository where form formats are stored in a wiki-style database

quicksketchI'm not sure about this request, either way you're going to have to configure each field manually after you add it anyway.
If you're using Webform, you can already import/export with Node Export module.
Form Builder does not map to any particular storage mechanism (CCK, Fields, Webform). It's up to the storage mechanism to actually provide Features.
