Write a test for #1360734

See #1360734: Confirm default forms work programatically.

The test would, I think:

• Set taxonomy as the default form.
• Assign a field to use.
• Load and save a node with a term.
• Check that access data is saved properly.

There could be some negative tests related to these as well.
