"Menu Name"/"Menu Parent"/"Menu Depth"/"Menu Style" should be "Menu name"/"Menu parent"/"Menu depth"/"Menu style" (only first letter of first word is capitalized). There might be others as well, but at least in the global settings form they are fine ("Mouse delay"/"Animation speed").
