patch: uc_invoice as base table in views

Hi,
I'm posting here a patch that let uc_invoice be a primary table to create a view.
I was in the need to produce a list of invoices and thought that using uc_invoice as a base table, would produce a correct list. Using orders as base table, can give a table with orders but withoud invoices.
