I just installed the newest Quicktabs, and am using the newest Views. Every time I want to make a new tab or save, I get an error at the url (my site)/quicktabs/ahah and the code starts off with:
{ "status": true, "data": "\x3cdiv class=\"messages error\"\x3e\nMachine Name field is required.\x3c/div\x3e\n\x3ctable id=\"qt-tablist-table\"
and continues till the end of that file. I'm trying to figure out where that is coming from. What happened?

I'm having, what I think is the same issue (but haven't found the error you get) but I can't save the new QuickTab. (should this be a new issue?)

When I click save, it goes back the List of quicktabs and just shows a single entry "test".

I'm removing it, and going back to 3.0 to see if it changes anything.

ok,

It happened to my when i tried to choose view that is page. when i change the display of the view to "block" - it's working.
