Turn on CSS aggregation.

in Administration=>Configuration=>Development

Cleared all caches
checked: Cache pages for anonymous users
checked: Cache blocks

Set Minimum cache lifetime to 15 min
Set Expiration of cached pages to 15 min
checked: Compress cached pages.
checked: Aggregate and compress CSS files.
checked: Aggregate JavaScript files.

Resulted

Wonder if there are any other suggestions to improve the performance.
