Deny node creation, if Userpoints would be negative afterwards

This module can be used to let the user pay for creating content, by setting a negative amount of Userpoints to grant.

For this usecase, it would make much sense to deny node creation (or whatever action is attempt), if the user doesn't own enough Userpoints for it. Otherwise the Userpoints of that user drops below zero without any further consequence, which is IMHO somehow useless.
