Full URL path bleeding through comment tags

A number of handbook pages, such as: http://drupal.org/node/35042/

Have their URL inside comment tags: < ! - - full URL - - >

And these full URLs are bleeding through the comment tags and showing up on the pages. I'm not sure when this started happening, but I think within the past couple weeks.

Please move this issue report to another project if appropriate.
