Hi, I really needed this module in drupal7, so I did it.
I'm not a developer, so the way I did it is certainly not the cleanest, and I didn't take care of any issue. Just took the last stable release (6.x-1.3), and changed the code when I get errors.
It works for me. I hope this can help someone else, until a clean version is released.

Thanks for the effort. It slipped through while sitting in "postponed" state. Please change to "needs review" when submitting patches (preferred) or modified code.
