when the admin blocks a user it will show up as "[username]: account has been changed" in heartbeat. When a regular user clicks the username it goes into a redirect loop:

This webpage has a redirect loop
The webpage at ...member/dmtest4 has resulted in too many redirects.

Not sure it this is caused by "pathauo" but it would be nice to remove heartbeat messages for blocked or deleted users.
