I've FTP'd the Drupal files to a client's website, http://neverboundpictures.com, via Cyberduck. I've done this a number of times before for other sites and after the install I point my browser to the URL and the install option comes up on the main page. For some reason it's not showing up when I go to my client's site; am I missing something?

probably you never copied over the settings.php file

Or the wrong permissions are set on the files.
