Diff format

Is this supposed to work like this? I've tested it out on a clean install with three themes. Sky, Bartik and Garland themes all have the same table format? Am I doing something wrong cause I would think this type of issue would be fixed or at least mentioned by now.

Actually, nevermind. I found out the issue was in the chrome browser. Maybe this should be fixed.

I'm still able to see the correct view inside the chrome browser at the demonstration link.

I'm guessing this issue is already fixed for drupal 6?
