Drupal 7.10 on UniServer, new installation.
When using ZEN 3.0 with Internet Services 3.0 : no problem

When using ZEN 3.1 with Internet Services 3.1 : error message as below

When using ZEN 3.0 with Internet Services 3.2 : error message as below

Error message : looking at the site with IE 8 an error message in pink appears :
"Notice: Undefined variable: stylesheet in internet_services_preprocess_html() (line 82 of C:\UniServer\www\drupal\sites\all\themes\internet_services\template.php)."

Left & right column disappear, only central column is shown.

Additional info :
when going back from "Zen 3.1 & Internet Services 3.2" to "Zen 3.1 & Internet services 3.0" :
- install the 3.0 theme
- go to appearances in the Administrator screen
- then reopen with IE the site as a normal user

-> the first time I open the site the error is still shown, but left and right column appear
-> when I the refresh the site (pressing F5 in IE) the error message disappears and seemingly doesn't come back
