Hi,
I have installed the latest Commerce Kickstart and also the modules Commerce Shipping and Commerce Flat Rate.
But when I go to Store>Configuration there is no choice of "Shipping".Is this a bug?Thanks

Have you tried the usual with clearing caches, did you enable the UI module?

The problem is that those two module are not compatible with the same major version of Commerce shipping. You use 1.0 but commerce flat rate only works for 2.x. Read the module description of commerce shipping to find out which version 1.x or 2.x you should use.
