Tidying up the issue queue, and marking issues as won't fix where the version is no longer supported.

Also, I think the ads are part of the deal with the free CSE - if you need the ad-free version, you can use google_cse_adv, but you need a paid account with Google

Adblocking incidence is raised in recent years causing revenue losses to publishers and advertisers. I was also looking for some solution that can disable built-in adblock in opera. Then my friend suggested me to try Adzsafe.
