BBcode option says "URLs will be automatically converted to links" while feature is disabled

One of my members told me his urls weren´t converted to links, although the BBcode option beneath his posts told him they would be. I've checked the BBcode settings in the admin panel and "Convert addresses to links" has been disabled. When selecting the preferred input type for one's post next to the BBcode option it still says "You can use BBCode help in the text, URLs will be automatically converted to links"
