For those using Drush Make, I thought I'd share what seems to be the minimal to get things working. I have the one patch from #1318946: Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in libraries_get_version() that seems to be essential. If you have other patches that seem essential and have not yet been committed to the 7.x-2.x-dev branch, add them in.
