If you go to the theme suggestion screen in the views ui with bartik enabled the links at the left side have the same color as the text.

Only hovering shows the actual blue color

I can't recreate this issue, can you post steps to recreate, or perhaps a view export?

On one of these themes you see the links on the other you don't.
This happens in all views, so i don't provide a view export.

OK, replicated the bug, it occurs when Bartik is enabled as the admin theme. I'll have a look now.

This looks fine, and those are in fact the colors used by Bartik.
Can it be rerolled to use lowercase letters?

Doesn't the interface in bartik use non-lowercase characters everywhere?

I'm not sure about the interface, but bartik css, views css, and the coding standards http://drupal.org/node/302199 say lowercase.
