If you go to the theme suggestion screen in the views ui with bartik enabled the links at the left side have the same color as the text.
Only hovering shows the actual blue color

This happens in all views, so i don't provide a view export.

tim.plunkettI'm not sure about the interface, but bartik css, views css, and the coding standards http://drupal.org/node/302199 say lowercase.
