The packaging script will create the LICENSE.txt in your tarball - so there is no need to add your own file and it should be removed.

One last tip ;)

The status should go to fixed. Then there is a cron job that runs that will move them from fixed to closed after a little while. This way people can see fixed issues by glancing at the issue queue.
