Changes since DRUPAL-5--1-0:
- removed "known issues" section as it's no longer needed with the new css and js code
- fixed white-space in accordance with drupal coding standards
- added in sections for image paths for the close, loading and zoom images. Also fixed white-space in accordance with drupal coding standards.
- added in fix for #140845 as different versions of the image gallery module have different class names. Also added in a fix for #140463 (javascript error) and feature request #71443 so there is now a link to the image node from the lightbox.
- prototype-jquery conflict fix and removed image settings from here - now in css file
- changes for #86408 to allow users to disable the lightbox for gallery lists, but have it still work for images within the gallery.
- added in fix for close button when viewing really narrow images. Problem found by tknospdr
- Added in modified version of patch from #141065. These changes add in support for CCK image nodes with imagecache module enabled.
- modified cck image view stuff so the rel="lightbox" is configured correctly depending on the admin settings
