User Summited Stories

I am very impressed with this module so far. Is there a way that I am not seeing to allow users to submit stories to a separate area, then once they reach a certain vote threshold it is moved to the main content area like on digg or reddit? I'm new to drupal, so forgive me if this is not an appropriate place for this or if my terms seem incorrect. If the above is possible, a bury button would also be amazing so when a certain number users clicked on bury next to a story, it would be removed or disabled so it could be reviewed. While i'm at it, a button that said "Comments" under a story that would take you to the full summary with comments would also be great. Thank you so much and I appreciate everything you are doing.
