If the current user does not have a profile, the PCP incomplete block should link them to a page where they can create a new profile, rather than attempting to direct the user to a non-existent 'edit profile' page.

I'm not sure that this makes sense anymore. I'm wondering if you were actually experiencing #1414468: Profile2 7.x-1.x-dev changes edit URL for profiles, causing 404 for PCP module.. If you have not filled out any profile fields, the edit profile page should still work for you just fine.

Please re-open ticket if this is not the case.
