"Call for price", "Call for quote" and other messages apply in some shopping carts. Product does not currently allow price to be non-numeric. Can this function be implemented in product or is it already somewhere?

No price must be numeric. and there is no quotation feature yet.
There is a good feature. a new module, quotation, should be created.
