Adding a Custom Link during Form Submission?

Is there a way to add a custom link to my xml sitemap during a form submission?

I am coding the form and want to add the url for dynamic link that is automatically generated when the form is submitted.

Otherwise I would have to add them manually (they are not nodes, they are dynamically generated pages depending on input variables)... and I really don't want to do that.
