css subtheme block.css bug type low

Hi, Thanks Jeff and people for this theme, I'm new in drupal and I'm very grateful to you for this theme in starter stage.

this bug is easy and irrelevant, but completes the code.

in blocks.css

.region-tertiary_content .block .content {}

this, should be

.region-tertiary-content .block .content {}
